So I'm going to be a security guard pretty soon here. Which means I get to keep young ragamuffins from stealing and loitering and such things that nature.

"Keeping young raggamuffins from stealing and such" sounds dangerous to me. What happened to being a doorman in a safe hotel? That is the kind of security I can feel good about. Of course, you know this was posted by your mom.
